These terms are written for the current beta and planned launch model. They remain a draft pending final legal review and owner acceptance.
These launch-preparation terms describe the current ListLink beta and approved commercial model. They have not received final legal approval or owner acceptance for launch.
Final terms may add or revise provisions required for subscriptions, purchases, user content, account administration, disputes, and applicable law.
ListLink is in beta. Features may change, behave unexpectedly, or contain bugs. Access is selective, is offered in waves, and is not guaranteed by submitting a request.
Beta testers are expected to use the app in good faith and provide practical feedback. No payment information is required to participate in the beta, and participation does not automatically confer Founding Family status.
ListLink lets family members create and share household content. Each person should use the app lawfully, respect other household members, and add only content they are permitted to use or share.
Household administrators and members are responsible for the information they add and for using roles, assignments, and shared features appropriately. Final legal review must confirm any additional account-administration and user-content terms.
Do not misuse ListLink, interfere with its operation, submit harmful or unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, abuse beta or Founding Family programs, or use the service in a way that harms other people.
Access may need to be limited or suspended to protect users, households, or the service. Final suspension and termination terms remain subject to legal review.
ListLink's approved plan model includes Free, Family, and Family Plus. Family and Family Plus prices shown on the website are planned launch prices, and subscriptions are not sold through this website today.
When subscriptions or consumable Generate purchases become available, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and related transactions are expected to be governed in part by the applicable mobile store. Final purchase terms and store disclosures must be reviewed before launch.
Generate can create suggestions from content you choose to process. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before adding them to the household plan.
Plan allowances and any additional Generate options may change before launch. Generate pack pricing is not offered publicly through this website today.
Founding Family status is earned at the household level through meaningful real-world beta use and useful contributions. Dark Roots Lab makes the final qualification decision and may limit or close the program to new qualifying families.
Once awarded, status is permanent except for fraud or abuse. Continued testing is optional. The current benefit is access to the ListLink Family tier at $3.99 per month; no Family Plus founder price or special Generate benefit is promised.
Delete Me in the ListLink app requests deletion of an individual identity while preserving the family where the approved deletion policy permits. Delete the Family on the public account-deletion page is a distinct, authorized whole-household operation that removes family access and family-scoped ListLink data; it does not automatically cancel store billing.
Uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed during beta. The website, app, or beta operations may be updated, limited, or paused as ListLink is improved. Final deletion, retention, suspension, and service-availability terms require legal review.
